This book is great for a good bible study and support for our weight loss support group. It has lots of encouraging information, and is a great way to get closer to God. We have used several books in this series, and will continue to do so.

Losing Weight God's Way,

I have found the First Place Bible Studies to be simpple, to the point and the program works! I found that it helps you turn around spiritually first then everything else follows. It is a great study to have while you are losing weight, to learn of His plan for you, but it is also a great study to refresh yourself on what is important!

I purchased this book used about a month ago and I've been using it as a guide for daily bible study/weight loss motivation. I'm truly pleased with the book and would recommend it to anyone. I did First Place at my church and I didn't get a lot out of it. I'm getting much more out of it doing it by myself with the study guides and CDs. Doing it without a large group allows me to be more introspective.
