I am extremely disappointed in this book. I knew something was up when the first page has a Income Disclaimer advising there was no guarantee expressed or implied that I would make any money or improve my current profits??? This book is a shotgun approach to running. There is nothing related to type of shoes, type of strides or foot placement. Total page count is 59 with a font size of about 14; by page 27 you are assumed to be training for a marathon on page 29 you are told how to pre-register for a marathon. I feel this is a pamphlet that you would receive if you responded to an article in the back of a technical magazine.
