Editorial Reviews

From the Author

We really hope you enjoy this beginner soap making book. We have put a lot of time and effort into creating and writing. It is designed to get you started and to help you develop your own skills and soap making recipes.
An important factor for us was to avoid palm oil, as both Annie Needs and myself feel strongly about doing out little bit to help protect and save the Amazon rain forests.
We also appreciate feedback to help us improve the book, so please feel free to leave an Amazon review.
Enjoy!

well it was a free book, but needs more description, maybe some photo's of what the steps look like. Im still forced to check youtube for video's showing the different steps in detail, so I know when to move to the next step.

The book is a good overview and certainly in an easier format than searching through many websites and blogs for the information.

The editorial review could use some update - it is great they avoid Palm Oil, but they get it wrong when saying that they want to save Amazonian rainforests. Palm oil is mostly produced in south east asian rainforests (Indonesia being one of the largest producers).
