Good book to learn about seasoning
Nice easy read to get the basics on how to use different seasonings. Good tips and tricks. The book gives you the spices to use for a lot of different types of cooking such as Italian or Cajun. There's a lot of different ideas to spice up everyday dishes like spaghetti or macaroni and cheese and others. Good book

For Beginners Only
I had high hopes that this book would teach me some things I didn't already know. Unfortunately, this thin little self-published book has a rather limited scope. I give it three stars because it may be helpful to beginners.
