A BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO GOLF is a great book that all golfers should read. It is especially designed for people like myself who are beginners and need guidance in getting started in this great game. This book does not go into great detail and is very easy to understand.

It is hard for me to describe the contents of this wonderful book, so I will list the chapters to give you a feel for what this book contains.

1. Golf...The Game 2. The History of an Ancient Game 3. How to Get Started 4. Learning the Golf Swing 5. What You Should Know About a Golf Course 6. How Golf Courses Operate 7. This book really helped me to get started playing golf. Everything was easy to understand and clear! ly presented. I loved everything about this book, including the forward by Arnold Palmer. If you are considering beginnning the game of golf, get this book. You will be smoothly guided through this process and have fun doing it!

If you've ever wanted to try golf, but just didn't know where to start, this book is a perfect match for you. It explains in very clear language the basics of golf...the equipment you will need, where to play, etiquette, rules, terminology, history of the game, and the basic mechanics. Everything you need to know to get out on a golf course and really enjoy yourself is contained within this book, which is conveniently very short, but gives references to where you can find out more about any given subject.
