Audio Cassette - Beginner's Guide to Meditation
I enjoyed listening to this audio cassette - it's from a meditation conference where Joan is speaking to an audience. Joan is articulate and has a pleasant voice. After a being away from meditation for sometime, I bought this tape to inspire me to get back into it and it has helped me achieve my goal. USELESS
I HAVE ATTENDED ONE OF BORYSENKO'S WEEKEND BODY/MIND SESSIONS. SHE WAS INCREDIBLE. THAT'S WHY I BOUGHT HER CD, THINKING IT WOULD BE JUST WHAT I NEEDED. IT IS UTTERLY USELESS, NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. I HAVE WASTED MY MONEY & WISH I COULD HAVE HEARD IT BEFORE I SPENT ONE NICKEL PURCHASING THIS ITEM. TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED & SURPRISED SHE WOULD BE INVOLVED IN SUCH KITSCH.
