This aptly named book is a perfect selection of details for someone wanting a full overview with the basics of this body/mind life science. Dr. Shanbhag used his experience teaching the material in the US to refine the knowledge into a digestable amount of information. This is a great place to start if you are taking steps to learn the oldest wellness practice known to mankind.
