Excellent Kosher Cookbook for beginners and beyond
I received a copy of this book from the author, and read it with interest. Reading this book, it is evident that the author took much time and effort so that the reader would gain a solid foundation in purchasing, understanding and cooking with food. I received a copy of this book from the author, and read it with interest. Reading this book, it is evident that the author took much time and effort so that the reader would gain a solid foundation in purchasing, understanding and cooking with food.It is an excellent reference and gift for newlywed couples, people who haven't had much experience cooking, as well as experienced cooks. There is so much interesting information in this book that an experienced cook will find many excellent tips and recipes. I highly recommend this book for those interested in Kosher Cooking.
