This is a very good book presenting the traditional view of bioethics, ie., that it is the sort of thing for which rational ethical inquiry can produce solid results. Great introduction to the field.

I needed to get this book fast, since it was required (and needed right away because it was for an accelerated course) but the instructor didn't list it on the required reading list until the day the class started. I ordered the book and used my Amazon student prime shipping setting and it arrived before my first assignment was due.The book itself is very clear and concise. One of the best and most interesting textbooks I've ever had to read.

I bought this book for a Bioethics course. However, it has come in handy in my other studies. I think that this book is a great asset to have.
