My wife purchased this book because the first time she failed the clerical exam. I later found out that half of the people who take this exam fail and she decided that she needed to purchase a study aid. Well, she PASSED!!!!. This book really prepared her.

this book helped me study for and obtain a civil service position in a community college. many of the questions were straight from the book.
