4.0 out of 5 stars Lovely portrait of a great university, October 10, 2011

This review is from: Beginning a Great Work: Washington University in St. Louis, 1853-2003 (Hardcover)
This book is exceptional for illustrating the massive growth of the University's physical presence in the last 20 years.

The photography is lovely, and makes any Wash U alumnus home sick.

This book holds very slim interest for architectural historians in St. Louis. Otherwise, it is a feel-good book for Wash U alumni (such as me!).
