The product takes to long to arrive, the vendor seems unreliable. You email enquirey and no one responds to say anything. Unless you are able to wait indefininately you may want to order somewhere else

The book was the last to order and received before some of my other purchases! Received in GREAT condition (New). Thanks!

The book and CD were in good condition. Bought this for school. It wasn't a complete set though and had to buy the study guide too.

AND knowing you will have to use it for the next class as well.

To put it simply, this textbook sucks.

For some reason the author assumes that you already know how to do the problem when she is explaining how to do the problem. She very rarely defines terms and nothing, absolutely NOTHING is explained. I failed my math class big time because nothing made sense. the "show me how" tutorial on MyMathLab is extraordinarily unhelpful again because NOTHING is explained and it is assumed that you already know how to do the problem. The videos are too annoying to get through and not helpful at all. To add to this mess the teacher ignored the class completely and was never willing to help. I often found myself googling and asking on Yahoo Answers to try to find solutions and unsurprisingly the people on YA were usually easier to learn from than the person that wrote this book.

I purchased this book and it got to me faster than I thought it wld. It had the cd's included and it has helped me. great purchase

Book came very quickly and was in good condition. I was very Pleased with my experience.

The book came in in about a week and it was in good condition it wasnt brand new but it was practically new so im happy about that.

I ordered this book not knowing it was coming from the UK
I received the textbook after I needed to begin my class.
I sent the book back and have NOT received a refund.
I would have wanted to know where the book was coming from since I had a time limit.
I would have ordered in the USA.

Hello I ordered this book ,but unfortunately this book has not been come my hand yet .I sent e-mail to book store .He said we sent your book.He did not give me a track number .I do not believe amazon.com right now.
