Great Video - Jiu Joe Jitsu
I would highly recommend this video. This is a no nonsense self-defense instruction that shows you how to defend yourself in many situations.

Too Expensive to be this Bad
There was very little usable info on this tape. It would have been better if they had maybe shown close-ups of how he was twisting his attacker's hands.
