This is a self-published, 15 page, 8 1/2 x 11", spiral-bound pamphlet of AKC novice level obedience lesson plans. An additional 5 pages of intro: foreward, training equipment, putting on a choke collar, & training terms. It was worth the $5 I paid for it. The $4 shipping fee put it into the "way too much $$" category. If you are trying to teach yourself & your dog novice obedience without a trainer, this booklet might be useful.
