Better than most Blaze novels - 3.5 stars, May 28, 2008
This review is from: Bad Behavior (Harlequin Blaze) (Mass Market Paperback)
Delaney is off on a girls only weekend in Mexico and happens upon a sexy stranger who happens to be the boy that broke her heart back in junior high. It's been 16 years, but Dom (or Jake the Snake as she called him back then) still manages to make her blood pressure rise. When the two engage in a no strings holiday affair, Dom wants something a little more lasting when they return to LA. But can the perennial no-commitments marketing exec loan her heart out to him one more time, especially when she discovers he's a little more successful than he led her to believe?
Hardy manages to pen a sizzling fantasy to end the six book series about confirmed bachelorettes who find the men of their dreams. Her writing is a bit above par from most of the "Blaze" novels I've read - similar in theme and style to Tori Carrington's novels. None of that ridiculous dialogue that no contemporary person would utter. It's a solid 3.5 star read.
