Tells me what I need to learn and know.,
This review is from: Behavior Management: A Practical Approach for Educators (9th Edition) (Paperback)
I was told by my county's recruiter to get a book on behavior management to learn more about behavior management strategies. I found this book here and purchased and now am halfway through the book. I think this is an excellent book for anyone who wants to learn behavior management - especially educators. It discusses methods, techniques, assessment, and strategies to solve any behavior. It gives great examples as well. I would highly recommend getting this book.

This review is from: Behavior Management: A Practical Approach for Educators (10th Edition) (Kindle Edition)
The Kindle edition is really ugly to work with. It jumbles the formatting so the text alternates from example/insert to chapter information within the same paragraph. It also leaves out key images ("Image not included due to digital copyright restrictions"). Save yourself the hassle and buy the paperback version.

We are using this book in our Masters Degree in Education and it is actually pretty good. For Psychologists it turns to be a little bit basic but this book was written for an educational environment, so the ideas and tips are simple and in-frame. Also the explanation of behavioral modification terms and technicalities are easy to understand for people who didn't study Psychology. I recommend it.
