Editorial Reviews

Product Description
Veronica Tabares continues her Behold the Eye trilogy with this second installment: Behold the Eye: Cerulea; bringing together the world of dreams and the allure of adventure into an imaginative journey of mystery and danger. Through the use of diary entries and traditional narrative, Tabares’s creative and ingenious storytelling shows how everyone has a gift, even if they don’t take full advantage of it, and that even between worlds, where the veils are blurred, friends matter and hope is never lost. Behold the Eye: Cerulea transports the reader from the familiar world of everyday concerns to the extraordinary world of imagination, where anything can happen, and often does. Told in a familiar, contemporary voice and written in a narrative style reminiscent of modern, young-adult classics like A Wrinkle In Time, Tabares’s Behold the Eye: Cerulea conveys an uplifting message for readers of all ages that both inspires and entertains.

About the Author
Veronica Tabares is web content producer, mother, and the author of Behold the Eye: Braumaru, book-one in her Behold the Eye young adult adventure trilogy. She holds a Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Washington. Married with four lovely daughters, she lives in Seattle, Washington. Behold the Eye: Cerulea is the second book in Tabares’s Behold the Eye series.

(REAL NAME)
I really enjoyed Cerulea but I can't wait for the next book. The suspence is great, I've got to find out what happens to Vickie and her friends. They seem so real, like I have met them before.

Keep on writing!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Couldn't put it down! , March 24, 2009
By J.T. (Seattle) - See all my reviews
Afer reading the first Behold the Eye book I waited impatiently for the second... and FINALLY got to read it. It was worth the wait! I usually have too little an attention span to read for very long at once, but this book was definately the exception! I'm still thinking about this book and find that scenes from it creep into MY dreams almost nightly! I can't wait to start reading the third one now... :)
