5.0 out of 5 stars Skilled beyond their years
For a young group "Woe of Tyrants" is very mature musically. This is a very impressive first album and well worth your hard earned Shekels!!
They put to shame a hell of a lot of the Old school groups and lead the way for the second generation of would be Metal gods.

I got this for my son for Christmas - the cover was disconnected AND the CD wasn't even in the case - I won't be ordering from this vendor ever again

4.0 out of 5 stars more than decent, June 29, 2010

i am actually friends with these guys, this album is their first work, and they were discovered by Tribunal records, but that label went under. this album for what style it is is decent, but it is not the highest recording quality and it doesn't have the level of strength, power, and intricacies that their later work on Metal blade records have.

of either way, a true fan trying to support them should buy it, but i personally only care for 3 songs the most, the rest i sort of just zone out to, lol.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Winning Combination, May 11, 2008
This review is from: Behold the Lion (Audio CD)
If you are into hearing guitars scream, killer blast beat's, along with [..]vocals... then make sure you grab this CD before they are gone! The range of the singer's vocals are commendable, and I can honestly say I have never heard so much guitar content in my life. After reading the lyrics provided with the cd, these guys are not only amazing musicians, but intelligent young men. These guys are the future of the metal scene, and Metal Blade was wise in picking them up.
