I have patello-femoral syndrome (my kneecaps wander out of the groove nature made for them). I have gone through physical therapy twice. They showed me how to use this tape when I run, play tennis, or take a long hike. Without it I am in pain for days. The combination of the two tapes keeps my kneecap where it belongs. The white tape goes on first, putting a little tension on to pull each knee-cap towards the center. The leukotape should not go next to your skin. You put it on top of the white tape, and use it to pull your knee-cap towards the center more.
(*** The PT said it is not good to use it all the time, for the muscles get weak that are supposed to hold the knee-cap in place. I still do my PT exercises).

The tape combination works great and was recommended by Physical Therapist. This is the same tape that she used.

My daughter plays volleyball for UCSD. She required taping for a previous injury, and the school's training facility was out of this kind of tape. More was on order, but hadn't arrived from their source. I ordered the tape, from Amazon, and it was delivered the next day, just in time for the team's next travel match. This tape is exactly what they used on my son at physical therapy and it was easy to learn to use and apply.

I have been using these two tapes for my arch of my left foot for years. I am a distance runner and this gives me the extra support I need to keep my foot healthy.

This is exactly the same product that they used in physical therapy on my knee. It works perfect.

It's a great super-tape to stabilize your feet if have Plantar Fasciitis & doing extra activity, as best indicated by a Physical Therapist. I've bought a Combo Pack here before, but didn't look very closely. This time I noticed the end is folded over the side, and when compared to another "new" roll, this one is clearly missing several feet.

If you use this kind of tape, you must put white Cover-Roll on your feet first, otherwise when you try to remove the Leukotape you can easily lose skin. This adhesive is amazing, in a good way & a bad way.

I was happy to find this product much cheaper here than what they offered it at my PT's office. I use it to tape up my knee due to the weak inner muscles I have holding my knee cap down. My PT showed me how to tape up my knee until I build up the strength in those muscles again. It works great!

About ten years ago, I was doing a lot of running and injured my knee. The physical therapist said that my kneecap didn't track right, and gave me some exercises to do, plus this tape. Although I didn't keep running after that, I did a lot of mountain biking, hiking, skiing, and took martial arts, and I could not have done so without the tape.

Gradually, the problem with my knee went away enough for me to stop needing the tape. About a year ago, however, I re-injured the same knee while exercising. After wasting a bunch of money on various knee braces, I remembered the tape and, luckily, found it here on Amazon.

Giving this product five stars was a no-brainer, as truly, I would not have the same quality of life without it.

Received item very quickly. Does not stay on well when playing sports. Moisture looses the tape after a period of time.
