About the Author
Frank Ostaseski is the Founding Director of Zen Hospice Project, the first Buddhist Hospice in America, created in San Francisco in 1987. This ground-breaking work has been featured in the Bill Moyers series On Our Own Terms, the Oprah Winfrey Show and numerous national publications. Frank has been honored by the Dalai Lama for his years of compassionate service to the dying and their families. Frank regularly leads workshops, retreats and caregiver trainings across the country and in Europe.
