I did not buy this book but I mananged to flip through it in the bookstore. Each chapter is very short (average 2 - 3 pages, if not shorter). Each chapter comes with a cartoon and each section ends with "In A Nutshell"

I am 19 and I find that this book is suitable for teenagers in the 13 - 16 age group. Ideal for teens who has yet to find their identity and help them solve their problems.

Buy this book if you have no time to finish it in the bookstore!

The book basically content what a teenagers realy need to know and teaches a new point of view to teenagers. Its more suited for those immature teenagers who needs guidance in their life. Also very suitable who do not have the ability to take charge of their life in ful. It teaches them socialising and to view problem from a much more matured way.
I didn't give it a full 5 stars because I'd went through what is taught in the book. It didn't really help me much but its a great book! Very straight forward in terms of language and easy to understand along with pictures for humour. I would highly recommend them for teenagers that faces problem. If you ever asked those question from the synopsis, then you really need to have the book.

This book is wonderful for teenagers or their parents. I recommend all Andrew Mathews books highly. Very uplifting and explained in a simple matter.

I purchased two of these for my nieces and they loved it. You must purchase this book for your teens, or soon to be teens.
