I discovered Marina Raye and her beautriful, soulful Native Amercian flute music a year ago and since then I have acquired nearly all her CDs. BEING PEACE adds a new dimension to her extensive collection of music. The pairing of the slow melodic tunes and tones of her flutes with the heart vibrational sounds of the cello is a winning combination. Truly inspired! (and inspiring!) I use her CDs in my yoga classes and this newest CD is perfect for the relaxation at the end of class. Every time I use one of her CDs in class, someone asks, "What was that music?" That's a testament to the power of her music. It clearly originates in her heart and touches the hearts of those who hear it.

I discovered Marina Raye and her beautiful music a little over a year ago through my massage therapist. After my massage I inquired about the music she was playing. It was the beautiful CD entitled "Liquid Silk". Since that time I have purchased just about every CD from Marina. I use her CD's for meditation and retreats that I facilitate. This most recent CD. "Being Peace" reminds me that we all can be instruments of peace in this time of world chaos if we only look deep into our heart and find that place of peace and share it with others. This CD was released at such an appropriate time. Thanks, Marina!!!

Every Marina Raye CD is pure magic with her soulful flute music delivering a peaceful serenade. This one, also, DOES NOT DISSAPPOINT! "Being Peace", is a lovely, quietly haunting CD with beautiful melodies for soothing the heart and soul of the listener. I can never find Native American music that speaks to my inner Native American; there's always something about it that never quite reaches me. Marina Raye's music is the only Native American music that never ceases to reach me. I'm an artist and I love to play her music for inspiration when I work on my art. I keep waiting for Marina to cut a CD that I don't absolutely love, but she never does. This one, too, I absolutely love. Choose any Marina Raye CD and you can't go wrong, but "Being Peace" helps me to be just what the title says!

Being the proud owner of all of Marina Rayes published work, I must say that the CD "BEING PEACE" is so very appropriately titled. This has got to be the most relaxing, most "peaceful" work she has produced. Listening to this CD is like getting a massage for the soul. It helps me 'unwind' and calm down at the end of the day. The beautiful combination of Marinas hypnotic flute with Ron Clearfields soulful cello are truly a balm for mind, body and spirit. To recount Marinas own words from the CD cover; "I am peace in the midst of the storm,I am peace in the beauty of the rainbow, I am peace in this NOW moment. I rest in my heart of peace". These are the 'feelings' induced when one intertwines with this music. Yet another beautiful, soul-stirring arrangement from a most extaordinarily talented lady. (Also, let us not overlook the one who so skillfully creates the "tools" that Marina utilizes to compose her signature sounds. Her partner and husband Charlie Oakwind. No doubt a master at his craft. Thank you both.)

Marina Raye's music is mystical enchantment that carries me away to forests of bliss,serenity and wonerful introspection. If you want to ride the clouds of dreams or drift away upon slow moving river of calmness,this is the CD for you.

Marina Raye is a gifted musician. I recently saw her perform to a small audience. Her husband makes her beautiful instruments and she plays them with Spiritual inspiration. Close your eyes and this music will transport you to peace.

Last week I hear Marina Raye for the first time. There are truly no words to describe the complete and total peace that came over me. I have been practicing meditation and continuously find myself making lists in my head. When I used "Being Peace," this stopped! The music is soothing and calming; it takes me to another place.

This is a must purchase for you and all of your friends.

We first encountered Marina Raye's music during a professional visit. It was playing so low as to be barely audible yet it pulled us in and took over our attention. It was impossible to discuss the reason for our visit until we knew the source of this enchanting music. Our fist CD's quickly touched our spirits and we can't wait to collect the rest. The Native Flute in the hands of so sensitive an artist is truly transporting to a world of peace and beauty.

I ordered the CD Being Peace, which is what is labeled on the disc and the case, but the songs on the CD are from Star Vision. Obviously a production malfunction.

Marina Raye is one of my favorite musicians - her music transports me in a way no other can. Being peace is no exception, it is a beautiful, natural sound that always relaxes me. She is a very gifted woman.
