Pretty big for a six year old. He loved it. Easily maneuver by my son. If he would not just drop it on the floor after he is done playing. It gets tangle easily.

I purchased this dragon for my 6 year old (soon to be 7 in two weeks) for Christmas. She got so many very expensive toys, but loved this one the best. Everyone has been playing with it. I even enjoyed it. I picked it up off of Hape Toys website. She has done puppet shows for us and said she feels like it is her pet. I highly recommend this toy. I hope HAPE puts out more in the future and that Amazon starts carrying them. I wouldn't suggest it for a child much younger than about 5 just because it does get tangled if she does not take her time with him. It really was the best [...]I spent this year!! My mother law thought I spent a fortune on him, because he is very nice and well made.
