5.0 out of 5 stars Get your fire extinguisher August 17, 2012
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
Get your fire extinguisher, because you'll need it when this album lights your cd player on fire. This cd doesn't smoke..it burns! Every bandmember is an unsung master musician. Tenor saxophonist Billy Harper is one of the most exciting jazz improvisers that he world has somehow slept on for 40 years. Don't delay, order today.

4.0 out of 5 stars Big Band Sound! June 23, 2013
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
I liked the big band sound with an infusion of "hard jazz". It's remarkable what these gentlemen have accomplished despite playing together for just a short time.
