Did not get the download when ordered off amazon
I love this Brooks and Dunn song (Believe) and decided to order the MP3 download off this Amazon site today. I downloaded their installer and then clicked on purchase. I added my payment information, clicked on purchase and waited and waited....oh yes, they did charge me alright but the song did not download. I went to their help page to see what the problem was, but...

I love this Brooks and Dunn song (Believe) and decided to order the MP3 download off this Amazon site today. I downloaded their installer and then clicked on purchase. I added my payment information, clicked on purchase and waited and waited....oh yes, they did charge me alright but the song did not download. I went to their help page to see what the problem was, but nothing explains the problem and I have no way to contact them directly so they can fix the issue. I have been sitting here for an hour trying to figure out where my purchased MP3 song is. I have never had this problem on any other website and have downloaded many songs over the years without any problems. I do not recommend that anyone pay for an MP3 from Amazon as you may end up like me paying the price but not getting the music !!! I still love this song, just wish I could listen it since I paid for it.
