The cable works great and haven't had any problems after running it . . . That said however that plastic shield thing in the center (which I guess is standard fare for cat6 so isn't unique to this cable) is a PAIN to work with! Once I figured out how to get it out of the way when putting the ends on though it wasn't so bad.
I cut four slits at the end of the cable then dug in with scissors to cut the inner-center shielding down farther which made it easy to position the cable correct for the RJ-45 ends.

Description says 24awg, label on the box says 23awg. Don't know which is right. Still fits in the platinum ez-rj45 cat6+ connectors though tight so no biggie and probably slightly better transmission on the larger gauge wires.

What can you say about a roll of wire? Looks like good wire!
