it's a telephone cord... what can you say?,

I own my own business, and we are constantly on the phone. You need to have phones which don't run on batteries or need to be plugged in on the ocassion that you run out of power. For that purpose, we have a couple of phones in the store which are simple handsets with bases, which we use all the time. Because of this, phone cords are twisted, and eventually wear out. Belkin makes great products (especially their computer products) in general, and these phone cords are no exception. The cord is thick and the connectors fit snuggly. It is just a cord, I know, but it is important to get one that will hold up to the rigors of a lot of use, and Belkin makes quality cords.

Hard to find this ivory color in the big box stores. This one was a perfect color match at less than half the price.
