Highest Quality 5e Cable
I'm only reviewing this item to let people know that it truly is a 5E cable - A previous reviewer was upset that his was only a 5, but he must have received an incorrect item. WRONG CABLE SENT - This is Cat5 not Cat5e
As a previous reviewer mentioned, this is a CAT5 cable, NOT a CAT5e. Granted for most people that speed is fine. Amazon needs to change the description or fix what they're sending out.

This is not a CAT5e cable. On the package it even states it is Rated Category 5 and transmits data up to 100MBits/sec.

I'm only reviewing this item to let people know that it truly is a 5E cable - A previous reviewer was upset that his was only a 5, but he must have received an incorrect item. This cable is typical Belkin quality, and I am completely satisfied with it. To echo yet another reviewer, the cable sheath is very soft and smooth, not rigid, which is why the cable is touted as, 'snagless'. I had no problems feeding it through several holes that I drilled in walls and floors.

Great cable but that is to be expected from Belkin. The packaging showed it as only a CAT 5 cable but it was actually a CAT 5e.

I bought this cable for my network printer. It works great, looks nice,(since part of it is in view at the base of the wall)and its snagless. Anyone who has ever snagged a network cable knows what a pain it can be. If I were going to improve this cable, I would make the connector latch just a wee bit more robust as the latch is a little flimsy.
Overall a great product.
