I researched HDMI cables and because I wanted to be sure I could get 1080p I wondered if their was something special in the more expensive cables out there, like the monster and others that are 3 to 5 times as much. I read the reviews by previous buyers of this HDMI and decided to trust them and go for it. Good move. These cables are currently selling for $40 at Target and are as good as any HDMI cables out there as far as the quality of the picture they can deliver to your TV screen! I found that because TVs have become so competitively priced that stores are making their profits on way over priced HDMI cables! If you want a BEST picture quality, you want at least a 1.3 rating on the cable and this has it. I hooked up my new Panasonic Blu-Ray Disk player to my 40" Samsung TV (with a perfect contrast ratio of 29000/1 which is important to depth of color and clarity as well) and put on the ultimate Blu-ray DVD: the BBS Planet Earth and WOWWWWWWW! Better than I've seen in any store on any TV at any price. It doesn't get any better than this for clarity, quality, beauty, and everything else! Don't waste your money on more expensive cables. Buy these and spend the extra on a Blu-ray player and some Blu-ray DVDs. These cables deliver the best of the best I've ever seen anywhere! Unfortunately, I now have a growing addiction for Blu-ray DVDs. Go for it! I promise that these cables will give you the best possible picture at the best possible price! Belkin delivers!

What can you say.... the Belkin HDMI cable is a functional HDMI cable and it works well with my 1080p Sharp LCD television. I can find no reason to spend $60+ for a similar cable from Monster or others. Gold contacts are really not needed... which is what the hype from Monster and others promote. The Belkin cable was inexpensive ($17) and Amazon service was great (I received the cable 3 days after entering the order).

I bought this for my PS3, it works great and transmits in full 1080P. If you want 1080P, be careful with some of the other cables out there that are dirt cheap, a lot of them are only 1080i. This cable is a trusted brand name at a great price, you can feel safe buying this cable instead of the $80 cable they will try to sell you at the big box stores.

Great cable and awesome price. Don't ever waste your money on digital interconnects. Get this cable and enjoy every bit of signal fidelity your component has to offer. If anyone tries to sell you $50 HDMI cable, feel free to laugh in their face and walk away from them.

I bought two of these cables and spent less then I would have for one cable from many other brands. They work great, transferring perfect HD video and Dolby Digital surround sound. I recommend buying these cables and saving your money.

I bought 2 of these cables, 1 for my HD box, and the other for my PS3. I bought these cause the price was great. Fast shipping, and when they arrived, wow, they made my PS3 look amazing. I had been playing Call of Duty: World at War with the Sony supplied A/V cables, and when I hooked up the HDMI cables it was a world of difference. The night levels look like day, people hiding in the shadows because extremely easy to spot from a distance. After I hooked these cables up I actually won 5 multiplayer games in a row! Great cables, great price.

I just purchased this exact same cable at Target for $39.99 + tax. I used it for my Blu-Ray player to replace the normal red white and yellow cable that came with it. It was like going from night to day. You can't beat the price here at Amazon.

I have this connected from my PS3 to my Samsung 32" 1080p tv and the picture is superb. I absolutely love it. No regrets
