If you need a replacement cable for your monitor don't just buy the same [price] type that came with it. If you have a high quality monitor you will see the difference using this cable. If you have a cheap monitor you may not see the difference, but the cable will outlast your monitor. It's money well spent. It's a very high quality product. Cleared up a 'flicker' problem for me that was caused by an old cable and electronic interference. Good shielding.

I was looking for a monitor cable to use with my new Avocent KVM switch and hoped that a more expensive cable would offer better signal quality. I bought this Belkin cable and a 6 ft Tripp Lite (that was a tenth of the cost) and there was a huge difference in image quality. I'm buying another one of these to replace the Tripp Lite as I'm extremely picky about image quality.

I'm using the Avocent Switchview USB in combination with a Dell 1801FP Ultrasharp LCD panel and the the Belkin cable offers a pristine image. The cheaper Tripp Lite cable I have has what I would describe as a ghosting effect on the image where black text on a white background looks just a touch smeared. If you are picky about image quality, this cable is worth it. Disappointingly enough, the Trip Lite appeared to be of good quality -- gold plated connections, ferrite core at one end, and low gauge (thick) wires -- but I guess appearances aren't everything.

VGA is a great way to connect your LCD T.V. or monitor to your computer, and in some cases, the only way. If you want the best image possible, you must buy a good cable, and this is one of the best. It is heavy duty, long enough for just about any job, and gives a clear and crisp image. I personally use it to connect my Media Center PC to a 32' Olevia LCD Monitor, and it looks at least three times better than my old junker cable. I have played HD content, PC games, SD content, and of course PC programs, and they all look very good. You can't really get much better unless you use HDMI or DVI.

Fine Product. Reasonable Price. But forget the Free Wireless Optical Mouse that comes up after you register the product. It's a trap and you will find yourself signed up for s $20.00 per month billing even if you never activate the account or use it. I am surprised Belkin would be a part of something like this.

I had purchased a 10ft Gold Series monitor extension cable but it had ghosting issues when plugged into a 19" Monitor and a KVM switch.

Belkin support sent me this cable as a replacement and it immediately worked great. Graphics quality is excellent now at 1280x1024.

I dont see any reason not to score fine, it does what it says it will... ive connected my PC to my 32" LCD and it works fine...

Works fine for me. On a 23" LCD monitor and provides great image. No shaking, no lines, nothing negative to say. Needed a long run and this was the most economical purchase.

This cable performed as well as others claimed it would, and at a much more reasonable price than any Monster cable. I had purchased a 10 foot cable, which provided me the proper length for running this cable to my 52" LCD Sony Bravia (and giving the ability to conceal the cable behind the walls). Generally, you can pay much more for this longer length.

I have used it with both my PC-based laptop as well as my Mac Book, and it performed well with both. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Fantastic price for a needed upgrade if you plan on using HD equipment such as Blue-Ray DVD players or flat screen televisions. The cable is thick and durable. The length allows you to run the wire down the wall to your video euipment without any trouble. Great HDMI cable and you can't beat the deals you find on Amazon.
