This is a nice item, although it's unclear here what it is and what it does. It simply installs in a free 3.5" external drive bay to provide four USB 2.0 ports to the front of your computer. Otherwise it works just like a powered USB hub. It draws its power from the PC's power supply. Each port has an LED to indicate when a device is detected. The faceplate is black. Nothing earth-shattering, but if you like having your "hub" built-in to your computer, this is just the thing.

Great little add on if your computer doesn't have any easy to get to usb 2 ports. Goes in an empty drive bay slot and bingo, bango my iPod is easy to update, camera, steering wheel, etc. all plug in no problem.
