At work, I use my laptop both as a portable laptop and as a desktop with peripherals. This means sometimes I move it around a bunch during the day and other times it sits all day long at my desk. I wanted a case that I could just leave it in all the time; and that's what I do with this case!

There's enough room to plug in all my peripherals and the bottom of the case is almost flat to allow for cables 'n' stuff. It's very sturdy and solid. The sides zip up easily. I bought the orange one and the color is outta sight! I've had many positive comments. I'd give it 5 stars except... I wish they made them in different sizes. It's a bit oversized for my 13" macbook.

One thing to consider... if you're using it in meetings, you probably won't want to put it on the table, as it creates something of a barrier, as it's a bit tall, to accommodate the handles. I like to keep it on my lap, which works fine.

There's nothing fancy about this notebook case. But that's exactly why I bought it and why I am hapy with it.

We use our laptop quite a bit from the couch and this case definitely keeps prolonged laptop use from being a painful affair. And when you are ready to shut it down and move it out of the way the whole thing zips up and is easy to carry elsewhere.

If you are looking for a case that is machine washable and protects you from the crotch searing heat of today's laptops then take a chance on thie Belkin Sleeve Top.

This case is nice enough for using on your lap and toting about the house, but because it doesn't close at the top I'd worry about bringing it anywhere else. If you carried it by anything but the handle you're laptop could easily slide out. Plus without pockets for a charger its not that convenient. And at the end of the day, is a case that you can't bring anywhere really worth it? I like using my laptop on my lap just fine. I returned this because it wasn't very useful.

My laptop lives in this case. I was concerned about the fit because my laptop is 17", but the fit is perfect. The computer is secure in the case when it's open, and it's easy to move it around the house by the handle with the case shut but not zipped. The color (I got the orange) is great too. Everybody that sees it is impressed.

I use this for my laptop whose screen won't stay up on it's own. It was the perfect solution instead of paying for the $200 repair!

I still use this but it gets dirty easy and I don't carry a computer in it any more, just a batch of cables. It looked good and was cheap, but not such a great idea, sorry Belkin, you have a lot of better products, this one is in the also ran category. Not a bad product, just an also ran that gets dirty easy.

I wanted something thin to store my laptop in. This fits my 15.6" laptop perfectly and it's easy to tote around the house and take on the road. Plus I LOVE the color!!

The reason I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I thought that it zipped all the way around. The sides zip up nicely but the top is open and I hoped to keep my laptop away from dust.

One more thing to note (though it doesn't bother me because when I am using it I take it out of the case) is that with a 15.6" screen there isn't room to plug in the laptop while it's in the case.
