The case is a nice idea, but it doesn't work with the 15" Powerbook. The area inside the case is not wide enough for the computer to sit centrally with the power cord plugged in. If you leave the power supply inside as they show in the pictures, you will have an unsightly power cord emerging from the front of the pocket whenever the computer is charging. The case is also very large on the outside and is quite heavy.

As other reviewers indicated, the zipper can be touchy on this case. There are two zippers, and I have found that one runs off the track, so I just don't use that one. This product would be perfect if they would just give it a beefier zipper. (I do find that when I zip it up, I can check to be sure that the fabric around the zipper is arranged correctly [you would have to be looking at the case to know what I mean] and then you can prevent alot of zipper problems.)

Initially, it also seemed that my laptop wouldn't fit in this case, but I found I just had be sure it was pushed all the way against the back of the case, and that the cords and accessories in the outside pocket weren't taking up the room necessary to do this (since the only thing separating the outside pocket from the back of your laptop is soft fabric, if you have something bulky in the outside pocket, it might be using the room your laptop needs to scoot all the way back into the case so that it will fit properly.) In short, I like the idea of this case and it serves me well. I don't travel with the laptop except occasionally to a coffee shop, so it serves primarily to protect it and as a lap desk when I move the laptop around the house. It has done an excellent job of allowing me to keep the computer lying around but still safe from my little people. It is not a travel case - more for protecting the computer as it moves around the home. I like it - I just wish they had put more attention into the zipper. If the last zipper fails, I will have to return it.

okay so it's heavy and bulky but if you're just using it around the house it's perfect. i ordered the silver one and it is actually a dark grey color with orange zippers. its cute and it works perfect....around the house. i like that the power supply can just be put in the front of the case without having to wind it up strategically like i do with my other carry case.

This carrying case is fantastic. Wonderful to carry, this case gets compliments wherever I go.

I purchased this case for my 15" mac. This case is easy to carry, you can just open it and type, you can put it on your lap and it protects your legs from heat. I would buy this case again if needed. I get so many complements on this case from other mac users. And the price is right!

As has been reported the zipper stuck, but it still holds the clamshell together. Great for carrying everything you need, the cord is not unsightly when charging if you leave everything inside and just the cord out. I am in a wheelchair and carry this very easily into work and set it up on the desk. Close and GO!!

Great product, great price and I have ordered 3 from Amazon, two to give as gifts.
I highly recommend this product for its stylish appearance, it's quality construction and the price I paid through Amazon was almost half price of where I originally saw the case at the Borgata Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City.

I was at first leary about this product just based on overall size....but I LOVE this thing!It has great storage in the back (for people like me who loose EVERYTHING....Keeps my HP Tablet PC nice and cool (raised beds) and nice and safe....feels like a soft "crib" for my 'puter..I usually dislike laptop bags, cover etc. because they are not smooth and easy to use...but I love this thing!

I bought this item despite having read the reviews about the zipper getting stuck, hoping that it wouldn't be a problem on mine. The zipper was terrible, though - the material of the zipper is stretchy, not sturdy. The zipper got stuck the very first time I tried it, so I returned it. Too bad, because the case looks great and has useful features otherwise. Hopefully Belkin will revise the product's design in the future.

This was purchased for my wife. Her lap top would get so that as to be uncomfortable and shorten her work time. Now she is able to finish her projects while keeping her legs cool. The front storage is very convenient for keeping the power block neat and handy. Excellent item that was reasonably priced.
