For a great price here's exactly what you'll get: (1) SurgeMaster II surge protector (even has coax protector) (1) 100FT 16 guage transparent speaker wires (3) 2-way "F" coax splitters (2) 3FT coax cables (5) 6FT coax cables (1) 6FT single RCA cable (2) 6FT dual (stereo) RCA cable (2) 6FT tripple (audio/video) RCA cable All connectors are gold plated. Okay, I admit, these cables are not "monster grade" quality cables. But still, I'm very pleased with the results I'm getting with my TV/DVD/VHS system.

Got my first kit two weeks ago. I'm buying my second kit right now. You get a great surge protector. Tons of multiple types of gold connector cabling (component interconnects, cable box connectors, video cables, gold splitters, more), 100 feet of quality speaker wire. This is a steal.
