Belkin Leather Folio Case for 80/120 GB iPod classic 6G (Black/Chocolate Brown)

I bought this leather folio when my children gave me a new classic iPod. It looks great and protects the iPod from anything I have encountered so far. Minor comment - it wants to close up when I open it and lay it flat. This is sometimes a pain in the neck. I am glad I bought it though. Very cool product, hansome, and, I could have spent much more and not got a better one.

Case is a good looking complement to the iPod classic (80GB). It's a good fit, and offers good protection for the screen and case. All ports and buttons (headphone jack, hold, and dock connector) are easily accessible. One would need to remove the iPod from the case to dock it, but not to attach a sync cable. Only gripe is the not-so-snug fit of the screen protector - it covers it completely, but leaves a large air gap between the screen and cover. This encourages dust to gather.

Overall a good product, and a nice complement to the iPod.

I bought this for almost twenty bucks and thought this was a good deal (price seems to have dropped). I couldn't decide for a while between this and the leather DLO hipcase. I'm happy I went with this. It fits my 160GB iPOD classic nicely, looks very classy(ic) and is very functional (all ports accessible but flip protects screen and wheel nicely). It actually makes my 160GB feel smaller and lighter than a 30GB iPOD video I have in a leather hip case. The little velcro flip that keeps the case closed can be used nicely to keep the earphones in place when wrapped around the case.
Only improvement that could be made is the screen protector that bulges a bit and stands off, as it doesn't protect the click wheel.
Have it for 1 month and so far holds up well and am happy with he buy.

This is an excellent leather case with a soft suede lining. It is nice looking and simply functional. The only minor issue is that the fit of the iPod is not very snug, which is both a bit irritating, and raises the small possibility of the iPod slipping out while the case is open. I would, however, defiantly buy this again.

Beware!! The new 120gb Classic is too thin to fit in this case well. It slips out!! My old 80gb Ipod fits fin, bu thte 120gb falls out!

This thing is perfect. My only "complaint" would be that the velcro is a little too powerful, as in, it makes a big old noise when you rip it back (which can raise an eyebrow on the subway:-) Added bene - you can wrap your earphone wire around the inside fold, and close up, offering a nice management solution for carrying about.

The quality of leather and overall product is very nice. However, I had hoped for a considerably tighter fit for my Ipod 120GB. It's a sloppy fit and the Ipod slides back and forth within the pocket when it's closed. In fact, if you're not careful, it will slide out. Since it's a little too deep for this particular Ipod, the overall feeling is a fairly thick bundle.

The Belkin case gives excellent protection for my Classic Ipod, but has a few design flaws. First, the case holds my Ipod loosely- roughly 1/2" movement from side to side.No way to firmly secure I pod when flap is open. Second, the velco flap does not stay open unless held. Hard to use click wheel and navigate menus when you are holding back flap. If you have little need to access Ipod controls, case works and looks great.

I purchased this product on Monday morning and it arrived on Wednesday morning! I didn't pay for extra fast shipping, either! Very satisfied with the quality and look of the case. It doesn't bulk up the iPod or hinder its functions (scroll wheel, headphone jack, etc.), but still protects well. All in all, a cheap price for a well made product, and fast shipping too! I couldn't be happier.
