A lot of people are giving this case 1 star because Amazon screwed up their order. This is unfortunate because this is a really nice case. I got my wife the Ipod Touch for christmas. We search at 4 different stores, with no luck, to find a good case she liked. Finally, we stumbled across this case at Microcenter and it was perfect for her. She absolutely loves it. The Ipod fits in perfectly. The only reason that this didn't get 5 stars is that the leather case is a little to close to the edge of the touch screen which makes it a tad difficult to detect the touch of items that are close to the edge of the screen. (Of course, people with smaller fingers may not have this problem.) Other than that, this is a great case.

I received my i-touch for Christmas and I could not wait to get a case for it. I looked all around the stores and then I found this one online. I saw a few negative reviews, but I went ahead and took a chance. Boy was I surprised to see this sophisticated case. It fits perfect and it even has a screen overlay to protect it from scratches. I love the pink and chocolate colors. It is just what I wanted. It came within a few days of ordering. I have to say I was very impressed. I did not want a boring black case. I ordered some screen overlays and I did not know this case came with one. Satisfied buyer!

If you get any accessory for the iPod Touch you should put a carrying case on the top of the list (although because the device is so easy to get finger print marks, I believe it should be apart of the packaging). The Belkin Leather Folio case is the best protection for an iPod touch. The case comes in favorable multiple colors. I picked the pink/choc combo. The case in the store seemed to have higher quality but for 1/2 off of the store price for the same look...I am content with my purchase from a marketplace vendor. The case minimizes finger prints and the screen, on/off and menu buttons are easy to get to. Sturdy enough if dropped will still protect iPod (Try not to drop the iPod). Enjoy.

The only problem with this case is there isn't a hole for the light sensor. Everything else is great! This was a gift for my wife and she loves it. I would highly recommend this case.

This case is so dang awesome & cute! It is absolutly PERFECT for my iTouch! Im in-love with it & I get compliments all the time & people asking where they can find it! With ALL my other gadgets (cell ect...) finding the perfect case is so hard & I usually waste SO much money trying out different cases until I have to finally settle. This is the FIRST case I bought with my iTouch & it IS definitly the last I'll ever get for it & if something ever happens to it I WILL be right back here on Amazon to get a new one cause it is just THAT PERFECT! I HIGHLY recommend this to any & all who have an iTouch. This color (pink/brown) is girly but they make other colors that are suitable for men & unisex too! Also the colors of this case for any women are SO stylish.....pink & brown are such a hot color combo right now!! I give this a TEN, TWO THUMBS WAY UP, ITS A WINNER...LOL!!! Also Amazon has a GREAT price too!!!

This was just what I was looking for for my iPod touch! My biggest concern when I bought the iPod touch was protection for the screen. I looked through a lot of stores and the cases that protected the screens all were $30+, and they were very plain (just black), while this case comes in lots of different colors. I had difficulties finding a case that was cheap and also could protect the screen of my iPod, until I saw this. I regret not getting this earlier because my iPod already had scratches on it while shopping for a good case.

Pros:
+Good price
+Good quality for the price
+Protects the screen and the entire iPod
+Comes with a plastic cover that sticks on the screen to prevent scratching as well
+Fits the iPod perfectly

Cons:
-Closes by velcro so it may wear out if you open and close too much
-Makes it a little harder to type letters that are close to the sides of the case (but this is probably true of any iPod case)

So I've had this case for about 9 months now. When I first got it, I was very impressed with the overall quality and look (I have the orange and white one...love the available colors) with the only downside being that the screen is a little off in alignment with the cut-out hole. After about 2-3 months, the velcro on the side tab became pretty much useless and no longer sticks. Recently, however, the case has become looser in fit around the ipod (I guess that leather probably streches over time) which wouldn't be a problem except the other day my ipod actually fell out when I was tilting it to play a game! This is due to the lack of secure closure on the inside left of the cover. Luckily my ipod didn't break (it feel only a short distance onto plush carpet), but I'm currently looking for a new, more secure cover. I wouldn't recommend this case for the long run.

I have the case for a few months now. The cover on the face side started to wear off at the place where the velcro is attached. And the whole case just is not that tight anymore. My ipod slides out sometimes when I open the case.

So I got the new Ipod Touch 2G and for some reason nobody (not even the Apple store!) has any cases out for it yet. The back of the ITouch gets realllyy scratched up, no matter how careful you are with it so you definitely need a case.
After doing A LOT of research (and not finding much), I decided to go ahead and purchase this case. I'm really glad I did because it fits my ITouch 2G perfectly (and looks great..I lovvve the color combo). It's nice and soft on the inside and very sturdy on the outside so I know my ITouch is protected when it's in my handbag or pocket.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think it should have a belt clip...other than that it's great.
Overall I'm really happy with this product.

I have a second generation ipod touch, but I took my chances on using this first gen cover, and I love it!! I need to pull it out to dock it on my speakers,(but I have never found a cover I can leave on for that). I can throw it in my purse, or anywhere else, and have no worries. It can be a little difficult to hit the pad on the edges, but I got used to it, if you have big fingers, you might have more trouble with that. I didn't take away a star because it is workable for me. The workmanship is excellent. It has character. And it's perfect for me!
