Great cable. Used to distribute the audio from my dvd player to mey Sony receiver, and works great. Highly recommended.

Upgraded from component to Digital Coaxial. I have tried this for more than a month now. Usage was from PS3 output to Hometheater. Had to use a Digital Optic to Coaxial converter. This cable goes in from the converter to the hometheater. Good results so far. PS3 Games and Blueray movies sound much much better since this upgrade !

Belkin has caught a lot of flak for the quality of their products, but this cable does what it says. It has nice build quality. The cable seems of good gauge with adequate insulation and good connectors. Worth the purchase for the price.

good product that delivers great sound from my PS3 and HDTV in Dolby digital and dts

If you've a CD changer or a DVD player that is used for music or suround sound (dolby 5.1) you owe it to yourself to invest in one of these cables. Its like hearing my discs for the first time. I hear things in the background and the base is tighter, highs are higher and hamonies and backing vocals more separated. These are a good investment without breaking the bank!

I'm using them with a ONKYO 6 DISC CD changer (new), a Onkyo SR-875 (THX Certified), HSU sub, Swans all the way around 5.1's and 3.1's...so my system is no package crap its all separate components and of audiophile quality. I can put the old analog cables back on and listen to a disc, switch the cables to coaxial and you can hear the difference...hey dont believe me, try it yourself its only a few bucks!

No issues. Arrived super quick via Amazon. Plugged it into Geffen Digital Coax to RCA analog converter and it works flawlessly. Great length for behind the tv without creating too much clutter.

Nice to have a short cord that doesn't clutter the area around the tv. Seems to be great sound quality as well. What else can you say about a product that does what you expect?

There is not much you need to know about a cable - except this one costs $10, and if you go with a big name like Monster, you can easily pay $40 for exactly the same thing. All the cable has to do is to fit into your optical audio jack, and to transmit a purely digital data stream - this cable accomplishes the task.

You're dealing with an optical data stream here - there is no need to worry about magnetic shielding etc, like you might have in the days of analogue electrical cables.

As many others have said - if you spend more for your cables, you are just throwing your money away. This is the one to buy. I got mine and I'm delighted with it. Have used it about 1 month and no plan to change.

this cable has a very high quality feel, especially for the price, if you need a digital coax cable you wont be disappointed

This is an excellent coax cable, i use to connect my dvd-hometeather, only thing that's too short... i recommend to Belkin to make at least a 6 foot cable!
