Got this cable based on a recommendation from a friend. This cable has better shielding and is flexible for routing to sub/psu/amp. I am and will continue to be impressed with Belkin PureAV products. Gold pin is also a plus. If you are looking to do some wire management, want a reliable cable, and have some good speakers on the other end, this is your cable.

I have had two of these in the last year (the one I bought, and the one I received from Belkin's replacement guaranty policy). When you first get the cable, its an amazing product. However, with both cables, after using them in my car for a few months, they start going out, only playing audio through one channel (usually the left). Both continue to get worse, to the point now with my second one that I can usually only get sound through both channels for 4-5 minutes at a time. As such, its hard to recommend this product to anyone who will use it in a car, and I would be wary of it even for home use. When I contacted Belkin, they offered to send me a third cable (with me paying shipping), but it isn't worth it anymore. Its a shame, too, because when it works, the sound is amazing.

I saw this cable at a local retailer for 19.95. purchased this for little over half(with shipping). have not been disappointed. I purchased this for my wife's car. it is soft and very flexable. the only thing is you need to check the plug ends. you may have to tighten them. while using a mp3 in the car, the flexablility of the cable is nice. you can move it around very easily. i like the grey the cable came in. it blends well with the grey interior of our car.

If you're looking for a nice audio cable, this is it (gold-plated contacts, shielding, and very flexible housing). I'm currently using it to route the audio from my laptop to a lcd television. It works great.

This cable is thick and seems to be well made, that is until you start moving it, pluging and unpluging ect. If you are going to use this cable for an application where you plug it in and leave it alone it should work fine, sound quality is decent for the price. If you plan on using it to connect a laptop or mp3 player to external speakers(applications where you will be constantly pluging, unpluging and moving it around) you may want to look at something of higher quality. The problem I have with this cable is that the metal sleeve(silver) comes unscrewed from the jack(gold) and with little surface area to grasp it is diffucult to tighten adequately; also if you bump or move the cable while music is playing through it will cause a cracking sound in your speakers and often the left channel will mute. Like I said this cable would work fine if you never move or unplug it but otherwise look elsewhere. On the positive side cable does seem to be made of heavy, quality material.

I've ordered this cable along with extension of the same class (Belkin PureAV AV20602-06 6-Foot Mini-Stereo Extension Cable) to connect my computer to an Altec Lansing THX certified speaker system. The sound quality is fantastic. I also like the extra flexibility this cable offers compared to any of the other cables I own. I read some of the reviews for the product before buying. Some users says that they've encountered cable failures after some use. I have not experience this problem though I've only been using it for a month and I rarely plug/unplug it from my computer. I do personally find this cable to be a little expensive, but given the quality I guess I can't complain. Well done Belkin.

I bought this product and somebody sent it to me. The cable was broken inside and i can't ask for a guarantee because i'm not in the USA.
The repair cost is about USD 10, and the cost of a new cable is USD 13.
Think about this!

I use it primarily for my computer to connect my Logitech Z5500D speakers (the original cable got messed up). I can say I noticed audio improvements right away! Besides, the materials used in this cable couldn't be better: coaxial-like housing, 99.9% oxygen-free, solid-copper conductors. The housing is very soft, the connectors are gold-plated, and it looks high-tech! I use it with the "Belkin PureAV Mini-Stereo Extension Cable" too. Recommended!

The Belkin Mini-Stereo Audio cable works amazingly. I am a college student using it in my dorm room between my computer and stereo system, we get the parties goin! I have had no problems, sound quality is excellent, and the length works great for me.

This seemed like a really nice audio cable until one of the channels (left side audio) broke. I used it with my computer speakers at first and within a month of putting it in my car, it broke. Belkin has a pretty good replacement guarantee, so they are sending me a new one. (I have to pay return shipping for the defective product). At first I thought it was my equipment, but I purchased a different cable that worked fine. Just a heads up!
