Looks & Size: The case looks as good outside the box as it does inside the box. I have the silver remix, and my blue iPod nano looks great with it. The case is silver in the front but you can still see the color of the wheel and the color of the iPod nano through the wheel, and the case is entirely clear in the back, revealing the silver back of the nano. I couldn't have asked for a better looking case. Also, it does bulk up the nano a little bit, but considering how thin the nano is to begin with, this actually makes for better handling.

Operation: You can charge the iPod/transfer files while it's in the case, and the headphone jack goes in completely with no problem. There is a protector for the click wheel, but I sense no loss in wheel sensitivity. The case also has a screen protector.

I'm still getting the hang of opening the case. I felt like I was breaking the case the first few times, but it's an easy snap-on/off of the front panel from the back. You could easily use the nano for commuting, travel, etc. without ever removing it from the case, which leads me to...

I plan on using my iPod nano for exercise, so the biggest disappointment is the lack of an armband, but I was fully aware of that when I bought the case. However, I also commute/travel a lot so I needed a sturdy case (and this is perfect for that). I plan on supplementing this case with a good armband case; I am a bit worried about the constant removal from this Belkin case because of the snap-on/snap-off but the case seems okay so far. There is also no belt clip provided with this case if you are looking for that.

Overall, this is a great case and I highly recommend it for everyday use.

I'm really happy with this case - the iPod nano fits snugly into the case, and, the scroll wheel works very well through the thin plastic membrane. Convenient access to the data and audio ports on the bottom. This feels like a "caseless" case, because the case looks and feels like it's part of the shell of the iPod nano.

This case does what it's intended to do - prevent my Nano from getting all dinged up in my pocket, at work, in the car. It's face plate looks like heck now and I don't think I've ever dropped it. It's a fairly cheap plastic case. It hasn't broken or chipped, but in 6 months, my nano looks a bit ugly. Functionally speaking it's a 5-star item for the price. Aesthetically, 3-stars. So I'll give it a 4. Worthwhile purchase if you care how your portable electronics hold up.

I love this product. Out of all the ipod cases that I researched, I'm so glad that I picked this one. It's easy to open and close and it keeps my ipod safe from scratches. Some people have had problems with the screen getting scratched, but that hasn't been the case at all. Just make sure that store it in a different pocket than your keys and I'm sure you'll be fine. Overall, great product, very impressed. Especially for the price!

I liked the fact that the case did not add much bulk to the iPod. However, I was disappointed when I found that the screen cover scratched easily. It got to the point where there were so many light scratches in the screen cover that I couldn't see videos that well.

The Belkin Remix Metal Case for iPod nano 3G (Black)is great. I personally do like the clear covers, and I was looking for something different instead of the "usual" colors - something more masculine. This fit perfectly and was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

I have several different Belkin cases for mine and my wife's iPod Nano video 3Gs and the one I received was definitely a knock off. The back half of the case has sharp edges around where the front bezel pops in when they should be rounded. The metal plate on the front bezel isn't black or silver like the other Belkin cases but more like gunmetal. The front bezel also is not interchangeable with the other two Belkin Remix cases I bought for the iPod nano 3g while they interchange with each other. I didn't have any issues with interference with the clickwheel.

All in all, I really can't complain much with the price point and the fact that it works; I just would have liked the ability to interchange bezels and back covers with my other.

WHO cares, it only cost me 5$. Ive spent more on a nasty burger at a drive through. If it breaks in 3 months buy a new one. Im doing 5 stars because my iPod is looking brand new!

This case is a little flimsy and doesn't seem to offer much protection. The cover makes it difficult to use, often going to songs I didn't select. It looks OK.
