Completely useless. Made my Mac crash everytime I tried to hotsync. Returned it and got the Palm Connect USB adaptor which works perfectly (and was cheaper too.)

I could not even get the Targus drivers to install on my Windows XP Home Laptop--had to return product because it did not work.

This product doesn't work with Apple OS X 10.1.
Amazon and Belkin's manual say it needs Mac OS 8.6 and above.
On the back of package say Mac OS 8.6 - 9.x
I tried to find a drive for OS X on Belkin's web site, but none is available.
I am returning the product.
