These plastic registration/insurance wallets are nice, but there's a problem: the plastic windows they use to hold the documents in place don't age well in a car that gets subjected to cold and heat. After about 12 months, they become a wrinkled mess, and the ink on the documents sticks to the inside of the windows. So I wind up throwing the thing out and buying a new one. I've probably gone through about a dozen of them this way. Fortunately, they're cheap so I suppose if you're willing to replace the wallet every time you get a new insurance card, they're okay. Right now I'm looking for a longer-lasting solution.

If you keep your proof of insurance & registration papers in your glove compartment (And I would certainly hope that as a good citizen you do) then this is a nice to have product. I'm a bit of a meticulous type so when I saw this product I said to myself this would go well in the glove compartment so that I don't have to fumble through papers if & when I have to get out my registration. If you have to cross State lines or go through one of those "check points" you simple pop open the glove compartment & there it is. No papers to have to go through searching for it or anything.

Handy little item to have and nice for the money. they are nice to keep insurance papers etc in and know where they are at and know they are not being lost or torn for the moment oyu need them i also keep a couple business / accident infomartion cards in mine that i printed up off my pc to share my pertinent info ... nice product

I have purchased one of these for all of my kids and for my husband and I both. We keep our insurance card and our registration together in this in our vehicles...comes in handy just in case we get stopped or have an emergency.

Very useful. I had one, but sold the vehicle to our son and the registration wallet with with it. Couldn't find it locally so I found it on Amazon easily and a good price. Arrived quickly as usual.

Simplify , makes real easy geyying everything in A Traffic stop . Accident.

The registration wallet is exactly as described. It has a velcro closure and 2 pockets in which to place your documents. Made of plastic material.
