Best Value in the Bell Express 15 Series, January 1, 2008
This review is from: Bell Express 15 30-Day Challenge Kit with 4-Pound Pair Hand Weights, 65cm Body Ball and Pump, Pedometer, and a DVD Containing Three Workouts (Sports)
Something about everything you need being included really intrigued me, so I purchased this item (I also saw it mentioned in a fitness magazine as a good new DVD). I chose the 30 day challenge, because it really is the most bang for your buck in the Bell Express 15 Series, it's the only set that has more than ONE 15 minute workout. It includes strength, core, and cardio 15 minute workouts (24 minutes when including warm up and cool down). I have to say, when I was actually doing the workout, I didn't feel much, but after a few minutes, I could feel that my muscles did in fact get a workout in 15 minutes! I am by no means overweight, but do not currently workout on a regular basis outside of walking my dog. I'm aiming to use this product to ease myself into working out on a regular basis - and hope to eventually incorporate MORE than 15 minutes of activity into my day. I think this set is great for someone like myself who is looking to add exercise to their life and works well with a finish line, and is currently on a beginner level. I can't wait until my 30 days are up! I'm hoping to see some results!

Warning: You must be tall to benefit!, January 21, 2008
This review is from: Bell Express 15 30-Day Challenge Kit with 4-Pound Pair Hand Weights, 65cm Body Ball and Pump, Pedometer, and a DVD Containing Three Workouts (Sports)
On the recommendation of a fitness magazine I ordered this kit. I exercise regularly at a intermediate level. I went through the workout only to discover that I couldn't do most of the stability ball exercises correctly. Difficulty was not an issue, height--or my lack of--was a major issue. I am 4'll" and the ball is 65cm. A quick internet search showed me that for my height a 45cm ball works best and is safest. I'm disappointed that I spent $30 for a product that I cannot use (unless I spend more money to get an appropriate size ball). The workout should be clearly marked as appropriate only for persons 5'8"-6'1". The DVD looked like a decent workout for the beginner/intermediate level person. But it is not safe or useful unless you are at least 5'8" tall.

Good Workout in Affordable Package, February 12, 2008
This review is from: Bell Express 15 30-Day Challenge Kit with 4-Pound Pair Hand Weights, 65cm Body Ball and Pump, Pedometer, and a DVD Containing Three Workouts (Sports)
This set is great for quick workout that provides results. The instructors provide the appropriate amount of guidence and provide tips to increase the intensity of the workout for people at a higher fitness level. I've been using this set for about a month and I'm considering purchasing an additional Bell Express kit to add more variation. As for a previous reviewer who commented that height might be an issue - I'm 5'9, so the 65 cm ball works for me, but I can see how someone who is much shorter migh struggle with it.
