This helmet was for my 5 year old son and it did not fit at all. It's a very very basic helmet with nothing other than the 2 straps to hold it in place (no plastic guard in the back or any additional harness support). I'm not sure if that's why it kept slipping sideways or if it's just too big for him. I went to a store and fit him properly in another Bell helmet (with a plastic harness piece in the back) and it stays in place much better.
I think a helmet ought to be bought in a store, with your child present to try it on. I won't make the mistake of ordering one online again. |
