I am very happy with this purchase. The pump that came with the ball was easy to use to inflate the ball. The ball itself is a nice color and appears to be very sturdy. The CD that comes with the ball is very good also, with three different levels of fitness to choose from. I found it challenging. Very good deal!!

I really like this exercise ball! I just wish it had more exercises, specially for lower back problems and to strengthen the muscles.

I can't tell you how disappointed I was when I pumped these up. I don't know how they got 55 cm....They are so small that they are almost not useful. Big up a size or two...not this one.
