I love this belt. Its bigger than what i needed but great. I have no problem with the velcro and i wear a 40-42 waist workout belt usually. Plus its light wieght. Great for walking, running.

I've owned and worn out several of these belts during many years of running. What it does for me is keep my lower back warm and give a bit of support during winter runs. Before I used the Solar Belt my back would tighten up so badly during the first mile or so that I had to quit. The solar belt helps me stay comfortable and flexible. I run most of the year with it.
As for the waist trimming claim...well, I think in my case it might be of some help if I trimmed my caloric intake as well!!

I wanted this to help me to lose weight while I am exercising. If you want to lose weight with this, you have to excercise with it. Don't expect this item to make you lose weight by just wearing it to work or watching TV. It doesn't work like that. As a plus, it gives me GREAT back support that I need to lift weights. You will sweat, so be prepared to deal with it.

Love this product. I was skeptical at first, but was quite pleased once I started to incorporate it into my exercise routine. This product helped me to sweat and to remember to keep my stomach in while exercising. I know this product definitely helped me after I received comments from others about my clothing fitting loose around the waist.

Excellent Belt, Would recommend to anyone needing a solar belt.one size fits all,I bought this belt for myself needing a plus size,I also bought a smaller belt for my wife she has a 34 inch waist,at the time I purchased the belts I thought the Bell Fitness Plus would be to big for her,but she prefers the Bell Fitness Belt because it's more comfortable,it's wider, it dosen't curl up when wearing and it dosen't make her itch.

I like this better than a lot of the others, because it is much longer and allows for good adjustments. Has decent lower back support. Using this with ab exercises or cardio will make you really sweat and lose a good deal of water weight. Price is not bad either.

I really like this product. I couldn't really tell if it was doing anything at first until I took it off. OMG, the belt was dripping. I recommend this to anyone!

Not a good product in my view, I wouldn't recommend it. The Super Waist Toner is a better product, get it if you need a toner belt

Is not bad makes you sweat a lot and feel warm on your back and abs. I have back pain very often so it actualy helped me but quality is not what i expected. after one month is already out of shape and i have feeling after every work out and washing it just does not return to original shape completely. But for this money not bad at all
