Decent,

For the most part, I like my rack. However, I did have to buy my own bungy net to because the one it comes with is not only a little too small to hold a bag down, but it busted. With this product, you are getting what you pay for. It wouldn't hurt to spend the extra $10 for little bit better product.

This works about as advertised but there is a tolerance problem. The hole that the seat post goes through is designed too small. First you have to figure out a way to pry this open a small amount. This isn't very easy since it isn't designed to bend much. Took a while to do this but then it seems to work reasonably well.

Very sturdy,
This review is from: Bell Ride 'N Haul Rear Bike Rack (Sports)
I was afraid this item would not hold or be very sturdy...but it is. The part that attaches to your bike frame and runs under the rack part is metal and the rack part is made of plastic. I have put my backpack full of books on it and it held it just fine.
You just may need an additional cargo net to hold larger items as the one that comes with it will only hold a few things. Plus it serves as a mud gard!!
