It might've worked with a 20x1.95 tire (I was trying on a 1.75).

We live in a area where the aptly named "puncture vines" are abundant and my kids were getting flat tires every week. I bought the "guaranteed not to go flat" tubes for $7.00 and of course they only lasted 2 weeks and had to be replaced. For the price of 3 tubes, or 2 months or riding, I have tubes that will never go flat and leave my kids stranded somewhere. They do add a lot of weight to the bike, making it not as maneuverable, but the trade off is worth it.

The box does not have a weight limit marked on it.I weigh 170 pounds and this solid insert is not firm or tough enough. It nearly was not wide enough for my 1.95 size tire.I would recomend it for up to 1.90 or 1.85 size tire.It is for children not adults.

Solid tubes of any kind don't have enough shock absorption. The shock is redistributed to the rim and spokes, causing the spokes to break. I've been stranded twice because of this problem. Flats are easier to deal with than broken spokes.

This is a great tube ( and by the way I put them in myself with ease )but it doesn't work with with a electric bike( rear tire ) - I think because of the weight on the back tire it has caused my spokes to brake twice -also I don't have shocks on the back of my bike, it has no "give" when I hit a bump or a dip in the road -so I had to switch back to my old tube that takes air - but leaving the front one in - I have not had any problems with the front ...BY THE WAY THE TRICK TO PUTTING THEM IN IS A LOT OF DISH SOAP -

Great product. Takes all the time and money out of repairing/replacing standard tubes. With three kids and lots of cycling, I recommend nothing else!

Contrary to what it states on the box it's impossible to fit it onto 1.75 tires. Works fine in 1.95 tires though.

I found it only very slightly heavier than a regular tube and it feels like a fully inflated tire. I think some of the comments regarding the weight are pretty melodramatic honestly. My son says it feels the exact same when he rides and he doesn't notice a difference.

I made the mistake of telling him he can't pop the front tire anymore, and now he's probably running over nails as I'm typing this and will come home with the other tire flat and I'll buy another one of these. No problem.

There are some videos on YouTube that show the best way to get these on and it's easier than you'd think.
