I mounted this on the side of a wall and want the TV to be off to the right at about a third of the available extension. There is a significant droop that results in the TV not being level even after adding a couple of washers to try to level it. The arm simply droops downward with my 27" TV that weighs about 18 pounds attached if extended a moderate amount to the right. Also, the forward tilt setting is not smooth, it is really more in increments. The angle I want is between the two angles I can get when trying to tighten the knob. If I could do it over again, I would pick another mount.
