If you're looking at this item, you've probably figured out by now that all LCD mounts are not made equally. These plates solved my problem (SONY LCD's have 200mm x 200mm hole spacing, which isn't supported by a lot of the 'universal' wall mounts) and at a great price.

This is an adapter to make the wall unit work with larger televisions and it works. Easy to use, quality product...and it was very inexpensive. Quality on the cheap...I love Amazon.com!

I had to purchase the adapter plate to use with the Bell'O TV mount for my 26" Toshiba HDTV. The original TV mount itself does not have support for VESA 200 mounting hole pattern used in the TV. The adapter plate "fixed" that. Was easy to install and mount the TV.
