After careful comparison shopping online, we bought this unit specifically to support a new 52" Samsung flat panel LCD TV.

Bello does a great job of packing the parts, and our box arrived in excellent condition with all necessary components present and accounted for. Note that despite the minimalist structural design, this stand weighs 70 lbs., a good indication of the ruggedness of its steel frame and safety glass shelving. It's not really designed to shove around, so plan on doing final assembly on the spot you want it, as per the directions.

Assembly of the relatively few parts is fairly straightforward and should pose no problems even for novices if directions are understood and followed precisely. Note that the plate glass shelves may be too heavy for some people to handle comfortably without assistance. HOWEVER: We found that the instructions for distributing the plastic shelf support buttons among the three levels were not made sufficiently explicit. We suggest you study the illustrations and evaluate the number and locations of the total thirteen of these crucial parts BEFORE actually removing the adhesive backing and beginning to stick them in place.

Aesthetics seems to be Bello's strong suit, and we found this unit to be true to form. If anything, it looks even better than the photo when assembled and loaded. The cherry wood bezel is thin veneer but serves its purpose, lightening and softening the dark glass and steel. In our case, it blends well with major cherry living room pieces and in particular, with the Touch of Red bezel on our Samsung.

The "cable routing system"? If you're looking at the photo, then you're seeing it all: just the two horizontal slots in the back support, serving the two lower shelves. If you need or want more than this, you're on on your own. It is fine for our purposes, so I didn't deduct stars for this.

Before purchasing, ensure that the maximum recommended weight allowance for each shelf will meet your needs: top, 125 lbs.; middle, 50 lbs.; bottom, 75 lbs.

The unit is very solid. Mostly constructed of steel with the glass shelves and the wood trim in front. Cosmetically, the unit is very attractive. One minor complaint is on the wood panels in front. The miter joints are not the cleanest I've seen, they are a bit uneven. Assembly was easy, but be careful not to strip anything as there are no spare screws provided.

I wish they provided more rubber glass pads. There are 13 and they probably are sufficient. But I'd rather be on the safe side so I used the 13 on the two top shelves since they matched the metal spacers on those glass shelves. I purchase other rubber pads for the bottom shelf since it floats (not attached to the stand).

The only complaint I have and why I didn't give it 5 stars is that the lower 2 shelves are not very deep. The top shelf is 17 inches deep on the end and bows out a bit to 18.5 inches in the middle. The lower two shelves are 15 inches on the ends and bow out to about 16.5 inches in the middle. If you have a fairly decent receiver, it will protrude out in front.

I have a Yamaha RX-V1900 that is about 17 inches deep. Allowing 2 more inches for speaker and hdmi connections, the receiver sticks out almost three inches in front. It is very noticeable. The back support wall doesn't allow you to overhang in the back. The blue ray doesn't have this issue, it's only 8.5 inches deep. So measure your other components to ensure they will fit.

Bell'O either welded the wrong size bracket to the frame or included the wrong size support beams. They even placed the weld on the bracket inside of the bracket where the bar is supposed to go. The weld prevents the bar from setting flush against the frame. That's not all. The front wood part attached to the frame is poorly glued on and pops off the frame (not flush).

This product likely didn't go through any type of quality assurance. The quality of it surprised me since it comes from a reputable brand. I highly recommend steering away from Bell'O furniture.

Now I have to do some major repackaging (tip: take pictures of how things are packaged before unpackaging) of the TV stand and lug the heavy thing to a shipping center to return it.

I purchased this stand for a 46" LCD. My wife and I love it! It's a solid piece that does require assembly, which took us about 30 minutes. The black glass shelves are perfect, they would match any black bezel LCD.

Dealing with Crutchfield to get my shipping number was excellent as well. The prodcut was delivered on Sat Nov 1st, 3 days ahead of schedule. Please note, because this is a freight item you have to call the delivery company directly to schedule drop off.

Bello's 2124 is ideal for a 54" inch tv weighing 100 lbs., match's my Panasonic tcp54-v10 perfectly. Had a ground freight shipping damage issue,nothing to do with manufacturer. Bello's custumer service was top knotch,sent replacement parts express,I would buy another Bello product again. Takes two to assemble unit,put it all together loose then tigtened everything up. I did add extra button cushions on the mid and bottom shelfs leaving the included ones for the top glass only. A bit of over kill maybe, just my preference.

I gave it a four star for its design, frame built for toughness, and ease of assembly. The only reason I didn't give it a five star was the picture. I think it is woodgrain color and not a dark cherry color frame. The color I like was the woodgrain and not dark cherry but the model comes in dark cherry only. Looks deceiving but overall its okay.

I ordered this TV stand from Amazon, a Bell'O AVSC-2124 model, after much research, both online and visiting stores. I decided on this one, even though I never saw it at a store. The picture is fairly accurate, although it is wider in person than it appears in photos. It is an absolutely gorgeous piece of furniture. It may be a TV stand, but it is a beautiful addition to the room. It matches great with my new Samsung LN46B650 Red Touch of Color HDTV. It can hold at least 4-5 peripherals depending on how large they are. I can stack some on top of each other to add more. It was not that difficult to put together, even by myself. One word of caution, however, is that if you play games like Wii where you stand up, you may find the TV sets too low on the stand. I'm 5'3" and when I stand up I am looking down on the TV. It might be advisable to get a stand that allows you to raise the TV higher. But if you just sit on the couch or lounge chair and watch it from there, it is perfect. Beautiful wood grain front and black glass shelving makes this a simply gorgeous addition to the room.

I gave it 5 stars, but probably would have given it 4.5 only because the instructions weren't that great. It does not tell you which way to turn certain parts to put the bolts in. I did put all bolts in with the bolt head going into the recessed area when available. It is advisable not to tighten all of the bolts at first, because you will need some wiggle room to match up the holes. Other than that it was not difficult.

Very sturdy piece of furniture and recommend it highly.

The stand is well made and sturdy and looks like quality . Free shipping and no tax with a good price sold me.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the look and construction of the stand. It does not tilt or wobble around. I purchased it for under $250 including shipping, which is great bargain when the same stand is going for $400 at other places online. That said, the vendors for this stand seems to change regularly for this stand on Amazon, so watch for any price changes.

I agree with other reviewers. This is a solid TV stand and has a very nice look. The wooden frame adds a classic and stylish look to the stand. It looks way better in real than in that picture. I would recommend it.
